PRODUCTION FAQs

How far in advance should I book production services?

We recommend booking at least 3-4 weeks before your Pop Up start date for standard buildouts. Complex fabrication or custom installations may require 6-8 weeks. Furniture rentals should be reserved at least one week in advance.

Can you work with my own contractors or designers?

Absolutely. We're happy to collaborate with your existing team or manage the entire production independently—whatever works best for your project.

What's included in a "full buildout"?

A full buildout typically includes space design, construction/installation, painting, signage, furniture setup, and day-of coordination. We'll create a custom scope based on your specific needs and space.

Do you provide production services outside of Parasol spaces?

Yes! While we specialize in our own locations, we can provide production support for Pop Ups in other venues across NYC.

What happens if something breaks or needs adjustment during the Pop Up?

Our team provides ongoing support throughout your activation. We're available to handle maintenance, adjustments, or last-minute changes as needed.
