French outerwear house Apparis brought its after-hours sophistication to 251 Elizabeth Street for a pop up from October 29 to November 2, 2025. Founded by French duo Amélie Brick and Lauren Nouchi, the brand was created to offer elevated outerwear that marries style with sustainability, most notably through its celebrated PETA-approved faux fur. The pop up opened with a warm friends-and-family gathering, where fashion lovers arrived eager to experience the collection's plush textures and modern silhouettes up close.

Referred to Parasol by a friend, Apparis immediately fell in love with the location, size, and effortless foot traffic that the 251 Elizabeth space provides. Since entering the faux-fur space in 2018, Apparis has continued to evolve its vision, and this NYC moment was another step in that story of bold, mindful luxury.
