Coconut Cult brought its playful spirit to 188 Lafayette with the Collab Lab pop up, running September 11-21. Guests were treated to free yogurts and the chance to create their own wild flavor combinations alongside "flavor lab" baristas. With over 40 food brands in the mix - from Graza to Grillo's Pickles to Good Culture and beyond - the mashups were as unexpected as they were delicious. Best of all, these creations were exclusive to the pop up, unavailable anywhere online or in stores.
