From June 1st- June 9th, Nyraa proudly opened the doors to its first-ever Pop Up in SoHo, located on Lafayette Street, marking the brand's one-year anniversary. This milestone is a testament to Nyraa's dedication to providing a smart shopping experience, championing South Asian craftsmanship, and fostering a vibrant community.
Highlights of the Pop Up:
- Designer Showcases: The event featured two incredible designers, @chameeandpalak and @doh_tak_keh, showcasing their unique collections.
- Comedy Night: A night of laughter with performances by @usamastandsup, @sureni, @moecomedyy, @sabeencomedy, @feraz.shere, and @danielamora1, hosted by @nick.vango.
- Desi Talent Music Night: Partnering with @sofarnyc and @sofarsounds, Nyraa hosted its first full Desi talent music night, featuring performances by @rms_nj, @avva.mp3, and @akshitty_at_singing.
- Podcast Launch: The launch of @masterjispodcast, offering behind-the-scenes insights with tastemakers in the fashion industry and sharing their inspiring stories.
- New App Announcement: Nyraa introduced its newest app, Boomie, which will facilitate peer-to-peer rentals for South Asian fashion, set to launch this summer.
- Styling Services: The team had the pleasure of styling countless brides, grooms, families, friends, baby showers, pageants, birthday outfits, and summer party fits.
