About the artist Yan Vince Mutesa is a Rwandan/Canadian designer based in New York. He pursued an education in Architectural Design at Parsons School of Design in Manhattan. Emerging from his creative works communicating the spirit of infrastructures came the beginning of his Blue painting series. The series is inspired by the multitude of sceneries explored through both his studies and his passsion for Japanese Manga . The daily practice of such series has led him to use this typology as a means to communicate narratives and grow as an artist and storyteller.
