Bringing La Fermière's Vision to Life: A Pop Up Story

On September 13-17, 2023, we hosted the LA FERMIÈRE experience, allowing visitors to enjoy exclusive flavors, merchandise, and French yogurt and desserts at 251 Elizabeth Street.

Understanding the Vision
Our journey began with a crucial Zoom call. This initial meeting allowed us to immerse ourselves in the world of La Fermière, understanding their brand ethos and the goals they aimed to achieve with their Pop Up. But it wasn't just about getting acquainted; it was also an opportunity to discuss the budget meticulously. Clear communication regarding budget constraints ensures that we can align our services with the client's expectations, creating a seamless and satisfying experience for all parties involved.

Designing the Dream
Once we had a solid grasp of La Fermière's vision, it was time to get creative. Our talented team set to work, crafting intricate floor plans, and elevations that would serve as the blueprint for the Pop Up. Moreover, we provided La Fermière with a detailed cost breakdown, ensuring full transparency throughout the project. This not only empowers our clients to make informed decisions but also establishes trust in our partnership.

Bringing the Vision to Life
Visualizing the final product is crucial in the design process. To this end, we collaborated with a rendering designer to create captivating visuals of the proposed scheme. This step allowed La Fermière to see their dream Pop Up come to life before it even existed, offering the chance for adjustments and refinements.

Customization and Detailing
At Parasol Projects, we leave no stone unturned when it comes to customization. For La Fermière's Pop Up, we custom-designed every aspect, from the facade to the interior walls. We assisted with vinyl applications, signage, and even merchandise displays. Moreover, we sourced the perfect fridge and coordinated with an electrician to install a new lighting system, including stunning custom pendants that added a touch of sophistication to the space.

The Pop Up
The vibrant and memorable one-week Pop Up allowed La Fermière to engage with their existing customers in real life as well as introduce new people to their brand. New Yorkers got to try all-new flavors in iconic ceramic pots and gave La Fermière a way to receive real-time feedback. Offering free coffee outside the Pop Up was a great way to get people to stop by and experience La Fermière. We absolutely loved learning about the brands, and La Fermière is now a staple in our fridge!
