Every Parasol storefront, bookable by the week — Tuesday to Monday. Search by neighborhood, date or budget, then book the weeks you want.
Booking request

Nothing is charged today. A producer reviews your request, confirms your dates and pricing, then sends your invoice.
Spaces are available for minimum one week rental, starting on Tuesdays at 10am and ending on Mondays at noon.
A fully refundable security deposit is also required. The amount depends on your pop-up type and is confirmed in your booking confirmation email.
A producer reads this to approve your dates — the more you tell us, the faster we can confirm. What are you showing or selling, what happens day to day, and anything that needs planning around.
Alcohol is allowed — we just need to know early. The New York State special-event permit takes around 20 days to come through.
Most people in the space at once, including any opening event. We ask so we can size security and permits — it does not affect whether your booking is approved.
If your request is approved, these terms apply
You won't be charged now. Your weeks are held for 3 days while a producer reviews your request and issues the license agreement + invoice.
Once your booking is approved you’ll be sent an email with your booking confirmation, billing information form and client portal access. Bookings are confirmed within 48 hours. If we have any more questions our team will reach out by email, so please keep an eye out.
